Building built in the first half of the 1960s, leased to the State Property Agency and used as offices. The building, located in the central area, overlooking Via Lucini and the medieval walls of Como, is spread over six floors above ground and a basement for a total surface area of ​​approximately 5,800 m2. in addition to the private outdoor area of ​​approximately 2,000 m2.
