Palazzo Petrarca

This property is located in the heart of Venice on the right bank of the Grand Canal adjacent to the Rialto Bridge. Records indicate that the building was built between 1600 and 1700. In the early 1900s, the building was use with hotel of the “Petrarca Pension” and after World War II it was used as government offices until 2016. It has since undergone a complete redevelopment and has been restored as a hotel.
