Villa La Lucciola

The building complex of Villa La Lucciola, features the nineteenth century villa, with two other structures added subsequently on either side ending in a loggia that faces the barn. Parallel to the main structure there is a second building on a single floor that is the old limonaia (a place to put lemon trees in the winter), a wine cellar and other service rooms.

The project involves the construction of 9 residential units, 7 of those will be in the main villa and 2 other apartments will be completely independent and autonomous from each other.
